We value your satisfaction and appreciate your business. However, due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges of any items purchased from our landscape supply company. All sales are final and non-refundable. Once you receive your order, it is your responsibility to inspect and verify the quality and quantity of the products.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your order for any reason, you can do so for a full refund if you contact us within one hour of placing your order. Please call us at 864-300-4262 or email us at info@sczeroscapes.com to cancel your order. If you cancel your order after one hour, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 10% of the total order amount. No refunds will be issued for orders cancelled less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup date. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
